Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and product quality. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective production workflows.
  • Utilise statistical analysis to enhance process quality.
  • Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the design of new production layouts to optimise workflow.
  • Prepare reports on manufacturing performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Conduct training sessions for production teams on new technologies.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve production issues.
  • Manage small projects aimed at process improvements.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and suggest upgrades or replacements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
