Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CNC Laser Operator to join our dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will operate and maintain CNC laser machines, ensuring the production of high-quality components while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out programming of CNC laser machines for precise cuts.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and repairs on machinery.
• Quality check output to meet high standards before dispatch.
• Read and scrutinise engineering drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with production staff for best practices.
• Regularly update GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance.
• Ensure working area is kept tidy and adheres to safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills

• CNC Laser Technology
• Technical Drawing Interpretation

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with various materials: Knowledge in working with different materials such as steel, aluminium, and copper.
