Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineering Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will focus on ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet quality standards, all while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and quality assurance checks on ongoing production.
• Resolve production complaints and equipment problems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement process improvements.
• Document production activities and prepare reports for management.
• Train and assist new staff in operational procedures.
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on manufacturing technologies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certificate in engineering preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years in a similar production role

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Quality Control Techniques

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Time management

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma: Knowledge of Lean methodologies and Six Sigma practices.
