Job Description

As a Spudder, you will be integral in ensuring the operational success of drilling projects. Your responsibilities will include performing maintenance checks, operating drilling machinery, and maintaining accurate records of drilling activities to ensure efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee drilling operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Perform maintenance checks on equipment and coordinate repairs.
  • Document all drilling activities and maintain thorough records.
  • Ensure the proper disposal of drilling waste materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project efficiency.
  • Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for the drilling team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve drilling performance.
  • Liaise with clients to provide updates on drilling progress.
  • Assist in the development of drilling plans and project schedules.
