Installer Helper

Job Description

As an Installer Helper, you will support our installation team with various tasks essential for the effective installation of electronic devices and home technology. Your responsibilities will include mounting equipment, running cables, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance during installation of home appliances and technology.
• Ensure all equipment is mounted securely and cables are neatly routed.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs during installations.
• Follow safety regulations and company protocols for installing equipment.
• Keep track of inventory for tools and equipment used during installations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Experience

• Familiarity with electronic installations and cable management.

Technical Skills

• Use of Power Tools
• Basic Programming Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Customer Service

Advantageous

• Experience with installation of audio/visual equipment: Knowledge in handling AV installations is highly regarded.
• Experience with CCTV and security systems: Familiarity with security installations can be an asset.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript: Understanding of basic coding principles is a bonus.
