Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, managing logistics processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to optimise logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their shopping experience with knowledgeable assistance.
• Support management in achieving store sales goals.
• Keep track of sales metrics and report on performance.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and presented attractively.
• Welcome customers upon entry and assist them throughout their visit.
• Promote store loyalty programmes and special offers.
• Participate in visual merchandising to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Help train new associates on store processes and policies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
