We are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Technician to ensure our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and experience in quality control methods. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and update quality control documentation and procedures as needed.
• Support the QA Manager in developing training materials related to quality assurance.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance metrics and performance reports.
• Ensure that all processes are compliant with regulatory standards.
• Conduct customer feedback analysis to improve product quality.
• Lead quality-focused workshops and meetings to foster a quality-centric culture.
• Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality considerations are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the quality assurance area.
• Support production as needed in solving quality-related issues.

Requirements

Education

• HND in Quality Assurance or related field
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance roles within manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Quality Assurance Software
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
• Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with quality improvement initiatives: Active participation in quality improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management: Understanding of product development and lifecycle processes.
