Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Shift Operator to join our team. As a Shift Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating various equipment and machinery to ensure smooth production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery efficiently while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Document production activities and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Support team in achieving production targets and improving operations.
• Engage in health and safety training and keep updated on regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and control.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and participation in team meetings.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required. Experience in manufacturing is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in operating machinery or within a manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to handle physical workload

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Electrical or mechanical background: Familiarity with electrical systems or mechanical equipment.
