Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our Cambridge-based team. In this role, you will play a critical part in patient care, providing medication management and health consultations. The successful candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a passion for enhancing patient wellbeing through quality service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of prescriptions and medications dispensed.
• Advise patients on health management and medication use.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care.
• Assess patient medication needs and recommend suitable therapies.
• Monitor and report on medication-related issues.
• Educate patients and the public about health and wellness.
• Contribute to pharmacy operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm)
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Experience

• Experience in community or hospital pharmacy settings preferred
