Job Description

Are you passionate about customer success? We're on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager who can drive customer engagement and satisfaction. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer satisfaction through surveys and direct feedback.
  • Cultivate a customer-first approach within the team and across the organisation.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and develop action plans to resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights to customers.
  • Assist in the development of customer success programs and initiatives.
  • Lead customer success meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management role with a tech company
