Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Molding, Coremaking, and Casting Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining compression molding machines, ensuring the production of high-quality molded products.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust machines for various molding processes.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality in output.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and address any mechanical issues.
• Maintain detailed logs of production data and provide feedback for process enhancements.
• Train and mentor junior operators to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate actively with quality control and engineering teams to resolve any issues.
• Utilise best practices for waste reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in mechanical or manufacturing engineering are a plus

Experience

• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in a factory setting.

Technical Skills

• Quality control techniques
• Machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Effective communication

Advantageous

• Certifications in machine operation or related areas: Relevant certification in machine operations or manufacturing best practices.
