Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Supervisor to join our Nottingham facility. You will champion the quality control initiatives, engage with various stakeholders, and ensure products meet rigorous industry quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the quality assurance team.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for quality management systems.
  • Identify trends in quality issues and develop solutions.
  • Participate in product design reviews to assure quality requirements are met.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for quality deviations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on quality expectations and performance.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
  • Lead training sessions on quality control practices.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the deviation management process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in quality control
