Peer Financial Counselor

Job Description

As a Peer Financial Counselor, you will provide expert financial guidance and support to clients from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for conducting one-on-one consultations to assess financial situations and deliver tailored advice on budgeting and debt management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and seminars on financial literacy and money management.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial progress.
• Collaborate with other financial professionals within the organisation to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and policies that may impact clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat engagements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance or Business
• Further certifications in Financial Advising would be a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial advisory role.
