Job Description

As an Occupational Health Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the health and wellbeing of employees at our Cheltenham office. You will lead a team of health professionals, ensuring compliance with health regulations and creating robust health initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the occupational health department in Cheltenham.
  • Develop actionable health strategies that improve employee wellbeing.
  • Conduct regular workplace assessments to identify health risks.
  • Create and implement return-to-work programs for employees.
  • Serve as the primary contact for health audits and assessments.
  • Provide expert advice on occupational health issues.
  • Compile reports on health outcomes and effectiveness of programs.
  • Facilitate health education workshops for staff.
  • Promote mental health resources and support systems.
  • Collaborate with external health professionals and services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification in Occupational Health is ideal
Experience
  • 5+ years in healthcare with a focus on occupational health
