Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to join our dynamic team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of healthcare services, and providing administrative support to clinical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative staff and provide mentorship.
  • Ensure the availability of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance workflow.
  • Participate in strategic planning and operational meetings.
  • Gather data for reports on healthcare services and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare settings
