• Organise delivery paperwork and confirm customer subscriptions.
• Assist in preparing routes to optimise delivery times.
• Engage with customers, gathering feedback for service improvement.
• Follow emergency protocols in case of unforeseen events during delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license (preferred)

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
