Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Gambling Dealer to join our team. As a Gambling Dealer, you will facilitate various casino games and ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Operate various casino games including poker and baccarat.
• Ensure all game rules are followed and communicate with players effectively.
• Keep track of all bets and monitor the flow of games.
• Address and resolve disputes or concerns raised by customers.
• Conduct cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in promotional activities and engage customers.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of new gaming rules and practices.
• Foster an environment of excitement and fun for guests.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to enhance service quality.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Gambling Dealer in a casino or similar setting.

Technical Skills

• Mathematical Skills

Certifications

• Certification from a recognized gaming school or training program is preferred.

Languages
