Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Shoe Machine Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of our shoe production machinery. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of shoe manufacturing processes and a knack for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage machine operation during the production of various shoe models.
• Perform machine maintenance checks and minor repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement new styles.
• Report production results and machine issues to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in footwear technology is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the footwear industry

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with safety standards: Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
