Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our Nottingham store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations while ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with marketing for in-store promotions and events.
• Guide the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage loss prevention strategies and minimize shrink.
• Uphold the company’s values and maintain ethical business practices.
• Ensure the store is adequately stocked and well presented.
• Prepare reports for upper management on performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Retail Management or relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years in a retail management role

Languages
