Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Buying Assistant who is passionate about retail and keen to assist in the buying process. This role will involve working closely with the buying team to ensure product assortments meet customer needs and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for market trends and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on selecting products that meet sales expectations.
  • Assist with stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Contribute to budget planning for buying initiatives.
  • Engage with customer feedback to inform product selection.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to scout new products.
  • Assist in preparing reports for senior management on buying performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
