Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Retail Manager to lead our Birmingham store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales. You will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, managing staff, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations including staffing and training.
• Promote a customer-centric culture within the team.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Create and maintain effective store layout and displays.
• Manage all financial transactions and reports.
• Identify improvement areas and lead change initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock deliveries.
• Address employee performance and disciplinary issues.
• Lead by example in all aspects of store operations.
• Engage with the community through events and promotions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Retail Analytics Tools: Ability to leverage analytics for sales performance.
