Job Description
As a Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality printed materials. You will be responsible for setting up and operating press machines, ensuring they work efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess workplace climate and employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to implement best practices for employee engagement.
Facilitate focus groups to gauge employee feedback and workplace sentiments.
Provide ongoing support and resources to HR on talent development and succession planning.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and update strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Occupational Psychology, or a related field
Professional certifications (e.g., HCPC registration) are highly desirable
Experience
At least 3-5 years of experience working as an Organizational Psychologist or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
