Job Description
We are looking for compassionate and energetic Childcare Workers who are passionate about child development. You will work closely with children to promote their emotional and social well-being while ensuring a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
Engage children in out-of-class learning activities.
Facilitate individual and group play to support social interaction.
Encourage positive behavior and provide guidance when necessary.
Conduct assessments to monitor children's development.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Education
Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
