Responsibilities

  • Draft and refine engineering specifications based on project needs.
  • Implement design verification and validation processes.
  • Utilize simulation software to predict system behavior.
  • Maintain project documentation and update project management tools.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve production issues.
  • Train and support staff on engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
  • Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines.
  • Participate in project kickoff and closure meetings.
  • Ensure all projects align with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering
Technical Skills
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • CFD Software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent)
