Job Description

As a Clinical Program Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our clinical initiatives. You will ensure that all programs align with our strategic goals and enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Work with data analytics to assess the effectiveness of clinical programs.
  • Provide expert consultation to medical staff on programme implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for program expansion or enhancement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Coordinate patient feedback collection to inform program development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Health Sciences or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification in Public Health is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant clinical program experience
