Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner in Birmingham to provide exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Work collaboratively to enhance patient care processes.
  • Implement evidence-based practice in patient care.
  • Conduct follow-up appointments to assess treatment efficacy.
  • Manage healthcare resources efficiently.
  • Document patient interactions accurately.
  • Promote a patient-centered care approach.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Assist in development of patient education materials.
  • Advocate for patients' healthcare needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Nurse Practitioner license in the UK
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
