Responsibilities
Conduct audiometric tests and interpret results to determine hearing capabilities.
Formulate and oversee hearing conservation strategies in collaboration with clients.
Provide expert advice on hearing protection selection and fitting for employees.
Engage in continuous professional development to keep up with best practices and relevant legislation.
Support research initiatives to improve industrial audiology practices.
Promote a culture of health and safety within the workplace.
Assist in the development of company policies regarding noise exposure and employee health.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Audiology or relevant field preferred
Registered with the HCPC
Experience
Experience with hearing conservation programmes and noise assessments.
