We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to lead our initiatives in Cardiff. Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute outreach events throughout Cardiff and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct regular community assessments to identify priorities and gaps in services.
  • Create and distribute informational materials to raise community awareness.
  • Support fundraising efforts through community involvement and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee volunteer programmes associated with community outreach.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Project Management Strong project management skills for overseeing outreach initiatives.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Event Planning Experience in organizing and executing community events.
  • Interpersonal Skills Excellent rapport-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking Ability to think strategically about community issues and solutions.
  • Community Development Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with grant writing: Ability to identify and apply for funding opportunities.
  • Bilingual abilities: Fluency in Welsh is an advantage.
