Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to lead our initiatives in Cardiff. You will be responsible for developing community programs, engaging with local organisations, and promoting awareness of our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute outreach events throughout Cardiff and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct regular community assessments to identify priorities and gaps in services.
  • Create and distribute informational materials to raise community awareness.
  • Support fundraising efforts through community involvement and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee volunteer programmes associated with community outreach.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Sociology, Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in community engagement or outreach roles
