Job Description
We seek a compassionate Social Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate and manage a range of social services for our clients, ensuring they receive the support they need for their well-being.
Responsibilities
Evaluate the social needs of individuals and communities.
Develop and implement social service programmes to address identified needs.
Provide emotional support and counselling to individuals facing challenges.
Work with external agencies, community organisations, and resources to enhance service capabilities.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation related to service provision.
Monitor programme effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Advocate for client rights and well-being.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices in social services.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Experience
2+ years in social services or community support roles
