As a Youth Worker, you'll work closely with young people in Liverpool, empowering them through guidance, support, and development programs. Job Responsibilities
  • Create and lead recreational and development activities.
  • Maintain open communication with families and guardians.

  • Participate in community outreach initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work, Youth Work, or a related field
  • Relevant qualifications in youth work or counselling are advantageous
  • Youth Engagement Experienced in designing and implementing youth engagement strategies.
  • Crisis Intervention Skilled in crisis intervention techniques to support youth.
  • Community Networking Strong networking skills to connect youth with community resources.
  • Activity Planning Able to effectively plan and execute activities catered to youth and family needs.
  • Empathy Adept at understanding and sharing the feelings of others.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork Skilled at working effectively within teams.
  • Problem-solving Proficient in identifying and resolving issues that affect youth.
  • Youth Work Certificate
  • First Aid Certification
  • English (Fluent)
