• Evaluate patients' dietary habits and health goals through one-on-one consultations.
• Create and implement nutrition interventions that are evidence-based and patient-centered.
• Work in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Regularly monitor and analyze patient outcomes to improve care delivery.
• Provide guidance on dietary restrictions related to medical conditions.
• Participate in quality improvement projects related to nutrition services.
• Prepare educational materials for patients and staff regarding nutrition topics.
• Build relationships with local vendors to ensure the quality of food supplies.
• Facilitate support groups focused on nutritional management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting

• Nutrition Support Clinician Certification (CNSC)

Languages
