Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rod Finisher to join our outstanding team. You will be responsible for completing finishing tasks on rods to meet strict quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finishing operations to ensure efficiency.
• Train new employees on finishing processes and machinery.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to maintenance promptly.
• Contribute ideas for process enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a rod finishing or related role.

Technical Skills

• Experience with CNC machinery
• Knowledge of metallurgy

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fast-paced production experience: Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
• Ability to work shifts: Willingness to work flexible shifts is a plus.
