Responsibilities

  • Assess and document patient needs and progress thoroughly.
  • Create individualised treatment plans targeting specific goals.
  • Deliver therapy in various environments, ensuring optimal recovery.
  • Work closely with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
  • Review and revise therapy strategies based on patient feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions for patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques.
  • Keep comprehensive records of patient interventions and outcomes.
  • Engage in clinical supervision and reflective practice.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Additional certifications in specific fields of therapy is advantageous.
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working with varied patient populations.
