Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional grooming services tailored to individual pet needs.
• Create a positive grooming experience for both pets and their owners.
• Keep grooming tools and equipment sanitized and in good condition.
• Develop relationships with clients to encourage loyalty.
• Assist with the reception duties as needed.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently.
• Participate in community events to promote salon services.
• Foster a fun and friendly environment for both the team and clients.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Grooming diploma from an accredited institution is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in grooming various breeds

Technical Skills

• Grooming Equipment Use
• Dog and Cat Grooming

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Grooming Certification from a recognised body

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to groom show dogs: Experience in preparing pets for grooming competitions.
• Knowledge of pet nutrition: Understanding of how diet impacts grooming and health.
