We are seeking a highly motivated Food Technologist to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in product development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Create and optimise product formulations to meet industry standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of ingredients and processes to ensure quality.
• Engage in consumer testing and feedback collection to refine products.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments and product modifications.
• Work with suppliers to source quality ingredients and materials.
• Support the development of marketing materials with technical insights.
• Assist in training production staff on new product processes.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives in product development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
• Preferable Master's degree in Food Technology or Nutrition

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in food industry roles
