Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Floor Sanders and Finishers to join our skilled team. The successful candidate will have expertise in restoring various flooring types and a keen eye for detail to achieve flawless finishes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate floor types and recommend suitable restoration methods.
• Execute sanding and refinishing tasks with attention to detail.
• Manage client communications regarding project progress and requirements.
• Document work performed and any additional repairs needed.
• Train junior staff in effective sanding and finishing techniques.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas post-project completion.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.
• Develop positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in floor finishing or related disciplines preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in floor sanding and finishing

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of floor types
• Machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in residential and commercial projects: Ability to adapt to different project environments.
