Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Quality Manager to oversee compliance with industry regulations in our Luton facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the documentation for quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and recommend corrective measures.
  • Lead the development of quality assurance training programs.
  • Monitor supplier quality performance and initiate audits as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Master's degree in Quality Management or Pharmaceutical Sciences is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing quality in a pharmaceutical setting
