Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient medication therapy for clinical appropriateness.
• Advise medical professionals on the use of medications.
• Facilitate patient access to necessary health services.
• Contribute to pharmacy service evaluations and improvements.
• Manage medication inventories and assist with stock control.
• Engage with the community to raise awareness of health issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a community or clinical pharmacy setting

Certifications

• CPD Certification in Clinical Pharmacy
• Advanced Pharmaceutical Care Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Fluency in a second language: Ability to communicate in Welsh or Irish is a plus.
