Responsibilities

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement design changes based on testing results.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers to ensure quality components.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
