Job Description

Culinary Excellence Group is searching for a Head Chef to elevate our dining experience. You will be in charge of kitchen management, menu innovation, and ensuring food standards are met while leading a passionate team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen operations with a focus on quality and service.
  • Design menus that reflect current culinary trends.
  • Train kitchen staff in culinary techniques and presentation.
  • Ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and well-organised.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers for fresh produce.
  • Monitor food waste and implement sustainability practices.
  • Create a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Business or managerial qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
