Responsibilities

• Evaluate project performance through key performance indicators.
• Liaise with external partners and suppliers as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Engage in stakeholder consultations to gather feedback.
• Track project expenses and ensure financial accountability.
• Schedule and manage project meetings to keep teams aligned.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during project execution.
• Assist in developing training materials for team development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in project management
