Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will analyse complex datasets, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to guide our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Extract and manipulate data from internal databases for analysis.
• Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve business operations.
• Generate quarterly and annual reports on various business metrics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure the proper functioning of data infrastructure.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Data Analytics is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in data analysis, preferably within a corporate environment

• Prior experience in a fintech environment: Experience working in the financial technology sector is a plus.
