Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our established maintenance team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the upkeep of our facilities, ensuring smooth operations through general maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Assist with the setup of maintenance works and ensure tools and materials are ready.
• Support emergency response activities in case of urgent repairs.
• Participate in training sessions related to maintenance practices and safety.
• Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in facilities management is preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance role

• Preventive Maintenance

Certifications

• Manual Handling Training
• Asbestos Awareness Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Electrical or Plumbing: Additional qualifications in electrical or plumbing trades.
