Fluid Operator

Job Description

As a Fluid Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring fluid processing equipment. You will ensure efficient production processes while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fluid processing systems to ensure they operate within specifications.
• Perform safety checks and report any irregularities.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of fluids as per regulations.
• Assist teams in equipment repair and troubleshooting.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance.
• Prepare for and participate in audits as required.
• Support process optimization and efficiency efforts.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NVQ or equivalent in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in fluid operations or a similar role

Technical Skills

• Equipment operation competence
• Data recording and analysis skills

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Organizational skills

Certifications

• Process Safety Management certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Understanding of processes to enhance productivity.
• Experience with maintenance management software: Proficient in using tools for tracking maintenance schedules.
