Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer at Tech Innovations, you will play a vital role in streamlining our development processes and automating deployments. You will work closely with software developers and system operators to manage code releases, ensuring seamless continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). An ideal candidate will have strong experience with cloud infrastructure, as well as proficiency in using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes to enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Develop automation scripts to improve system reliability.
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance and security.
  • Provide technical support and advice to development teams.
  • Conduct regular system audits and assessments.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions within the team.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
  • Evaluate and select new DevOps tools and technologies.
  • Engage with the wider community to contribute to best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Master's degree in Cloud Computing or related field is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience working in DevOps or related roles
