Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee our logistics and procurement processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to optimise our supply chain strategy for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain planning processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.
  • Advocate for sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Utilise advanced software tools to enhance planning and inventory management.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with regulations affecting supply chain operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively while ensuring business continuity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in supply chain management are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
