Job Description

As a Centrifugal Machine Tender, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of our advanced centrifugal machines. You will be responsible for monitoring production, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and adjust machine settings for optimal output.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of materials.
• Perform preventative maintenance and address machine failures.
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members.
• Compile and maintain production records accurately.
• Engage in problem-solving to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in manufacturing processes preferred

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to read technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001): Knowledge of quality management systems can be an asset.
• Experience with CNC programming: Skills in CNC operation can enhance productivity.
