We are seeking a skilled Furniture Finisher specializing as a Stain Sprayer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying stains and finishes to a range of surfaces, ensuring top-notch quality and timely project completion. Previous experience in woodworking and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for staining, including sanding, filling imperfections, and cleaning.
• Utilize various staining methods and equipment to achieve desired finishes.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of materials used and project requirements.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on spraying equipment.
• Monitor quality control throughout the finishing process.
• Work closely with the design team to adapt finishes as per customer requests.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
• Support the team in meeting production targets.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but relevant training is advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience in stain spraying or a similar role is preferred.
