Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Clerk to manage the procurement process effectively. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory and order management for continuous supply.
  • Engage with suppliers to negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
  • Compile and analyse purchase order data for strategic insights.
  • Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies.
  • Prepare procurement reports for management review.
  • Assist with training new team members on procurement protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualifications
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management.

Certifications
