Job Description

As an Agricultural Lab Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out various lab tests to improve agricultural performance. You will work closely with our research team, contributing to projects focused on sustainable agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis and report findings on soil health and fertility.
• Support the development of new agricultural products through experimental trials.
• Ensure the lab meets health and safety regulations.
• Help in consulting with farmers on improving soil management and crop yields.
• Engage in problem-solving discussions with team members on lab procedures.
• Keep abreast of the latest agricultural research and innovations.
• Document laboratory processes and update protocols as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in agricultural research labs

• Microscopy

Certifications

• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
